What You Get With Every Order
We believe value goes beyond just the shirt. Here’s what’s included (or available) with all bulk orders:

Live printing pricing
We have a couple of flexible options to choose from when it comes to making your event stand out and being even that more memorable.
Option One:
In this setup, the event organizer pays for everything up front, making it easy to provide guests with free shirts or merch at the event. Here’s how the pricing works:

Base Fee ($495): Covers setup, equipment, staffing, and on-site printing. This flat rate is what books us for your date and includes all the behind-the-scenes work that makes the experience smooth.

Item Cost (Variable): You choose which items to offer—like t-shirts, sweatshirts, stickers, or pins—and how many. Pricing depends on the product and quantity, with discounts available for bulk orders.

Design: We’ll create a custom event design for you (included in the base fee), or you can provide unlimited artwork you already have.

Add-Ons: Want more than one design? We’ll walk you through any optional upgrades to fit your goals and budget.
This option is ideal for weddings, private parties, or organizations that want to treat attendees with something memorable—no payment needed from your guests.
Option Two:
This option allows your guests to purchase their own items at the event, while you—the event organizer—only cover a portion of the overall cost. It’s a great way to offer custom merch at your event without paying for every item upfront. Receiving commission from each sale is also an option by going this route!

Stock Prep Fee (30%): We will discuss what items you'd like offered at your event, as well as how many pieces based on how many guests or attendees there will be. Based on how much material we need, 30% of the cost will be collected.
