Service Description
Base Cost is $495 per event for live printing setup; This covers labor (2-3 employees), equipment, and on-site printing. Covers up to 4 hours of live printing. Additional hours: $95/hour. Includes the amount of agreed upon pre-purchased items. Additional prints will be available to purchase at your event if needed. Cancellation Policy
The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances once paid. If the Client cancels at least 10 days before the event, they will not owe any additional fees beyond the deposit. If the Client cancels within 10 days of the event, they are responsible for the full payment of setup and material costs. Rescheduling: If the Client needs to reschedule, they must request the change at least 10 days before the event. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If rescheduling is approved, the deposit will be applied to the new date. If rescheduling is not possible, the cancellation policy applies. If the Service Provider cancels, the Client will receive a full refund, including the deposit, or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.
